Sara Radstone was born in 1955 and studied at Herefordshire College of Art and Camberwell School of Art in London.

She has exhibited internationally and her work has been acquired by many public collections, including the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in the USA and the Shigaraki Cultural Park in Japan.

A major retrospective of Radstone's work was held at York Art Gallery from 2017-18.
